Maternity Orientation – Providence Portland Medical Center

Join us for an overview of what to expect when you deliver at the Providence Portland Medical Center Family Maternity Center. This free live, virtual class is aimed to help familiarize you and your partner to our hospital, answer any questions you may have, and help you feel at ease with what to expect during your labor. Your registration in this class reserves a spot for both you and a support person to attend. The Zoom access information for the class will be emailed to you 48 hours and 8 hours before the class.

Saturday New Parent Support Group

New parents, join us for a supportive afternoon of connection, sharing, and celebration at the SATURDAY NEW PARENT SUPPORT GROUP!

This in-person group meets on Saturday, October 28th from 2-4pm at Byenveni Baby in Tigard, OR. All new parents and pregnant people are welcome.

At the group, you can share your struggles, celebrate your milestones, and connect with other local parents. We'll also have FREE Earth Mama samples donated from In Kind Boxes. RSVP today! We look forward to seeing you there!

Twins or more: Newborn Care and Feeding 2-Session Class (Live, Virtual)

Having 2 or more babies? This live, virtual 2-session class is designed for twins or more and covers more than just the basics of twins newborn care and feeding. We will discuss issues around establishing daily routines and how to get the most sleep possible. You will also learn how to feed two or more babies at once, the benefits of both bottle and breastfeeding, and all about breast pumps. Your registration in this class reserves a spot for both you and a support person to attend. The Zoom access information for the class will be emailed to you 48 hours and 8 hours before the class start date.
