About RP7 Online
Hi, I’m Rosa Park Neves. I am excited for the opportunity to meet you.
My company, RP7 Online, is an HR guide for businesses, working parents, and career builders. My goal here is to help the workplace become more inclusive. I accomplish this daily by sharing my knowledge and creating more awareness about historically marginalized people, especially parents. I am a CAPPA-certified Childbirth and New Parent Educator, as well as a RETAIN Parental Leave Coach.
First, I am an experienced People Professional with a degree in Human Resources and a certified New Parent Educator.
In this capacity, I provide consulting services to help companies prepare to support and retain the working parents among their employees. I do this through:
- Conducting a Needs assessment to ensure legally compliant policies and practices around parental leave and more.
- Trainings to Managers and perinatal professionals.
- Guidance in providing legally compliant and welcoming lactation spaces.
…and more
Second, I support individual working parents in 1:1 and group settings
- Assisting you with your legal protections as a parent in your workplace.
- Guiding you on what to expect as a soon-to-be working parent.
- Helping you transition to this new phase of your career as smoothly as possible.
- New Parent Support Groups
- And I’m working on certifying as a Childbirth Educator too.
…and more
Third, I offer personalized coaching for career builders.
- Working with you in tailoring your resume for specific jobs you’re pursuing. Note: I won’t write your resume for you.
- Preparing you for interviews.
- Brainstorming your considerations for compensation negotiations.
- Helping you understand the legal requirements to file for unemployment benefits.
- Maximizing LinkedIn.
- Coaching you through your career management and transition.
…and more

Who Am I?
I am a bicultural working mom who values community and education. I am a passionate advocate for creating a better future centered on Justice, Equity, and Belonging. My pronouns are she/her and they/them.
I guide companies in making their workplace more inclusive to parents, and I support job seekers, especially soon-to-be and new parents from historically marginalized backgrounds. I carry out this exciting and fulfilling work using my degree in Human Resources, certification as a New Parent Educator through CAPPA, and 20+ years of education, volunteer, and work experiences.
I have had the unique opportunity to connect with a diverse array of candidates, colleagues, and customers throughout my career. They range from entry-level to C-suite executives in various industries, including construction, consumer products, education, food service, health care, nonprofit/not-for-profit, retail, transportation, and youth organizations.
I value learning highly. I’m a lifelong learner and regularly attend training on various topics, especially updates on parenting and workplace equity issues. Also, I’m an avid reader, podcast listener, and knowledge-sharer.
Most importantly, I’m a proud mom raising her kids in a bilingual, bicultural, and multigenerational home.
