Please join us for this free live, virtual Pregnancy and Postpartum Emotional Health Workshop. This hands on workshop helps you plan ahead for your emotional health during pregnancy and postpartum. Topics to be discussed include signs and symptoms of mood disorders, strategies for self-care and resources available. The workshop will include developing a written postpartum plan for you and your family. Partner/support person(s) are encouraged to attend.
