Rosa Park Neves is the founder of RP7 Online & Co-Membership chair for the Oregon Chapter of NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners). Rosa is a HR & Career Consultant supporting 7 areas of transition from Expectant Employee to Working Parent.
Rosa is a working mom raising two kids in a multi-generational, bilingual household. Her qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources (HR)
- CAPPA Certified New Parent Educator
- CPLL Certified Parental Leave Coach
- 7+ years of Perinatal Educator, Online Training Producer and Parental Leave Coach
- 10+ years of experience as a Career Consultant, HR Generalist and/or Recruiter
- Primary Language: English. Native language with conversational fluency in Korean.
