Prepare for the birth of your baby with our childbirth preparation class.

This 1-session in-person class provides an interactive learning environment with a Providence educator.

Join us to learn about labor and delivery, labor positions and medication procedures.

We’ll work through helpful comfort measures, partner tips, and medical pain management. Your registration in this class reserves a spot for both you and a support person to attend.

Partners are an essential part of the birthing process; we encourage them to attend! Please bring drinks and snacks to class, and there will be a lunch break, and please bring a lunch from home, or you may buy your lunch in the hospital cafeteria. A reminder email will be sent to you for the class, 48 hours and 8 hours before the class.
