Join us for this 6-session in-person comprehensive education series that will prepare pregnant people like you and your support person for the birth of your baby all the way through your first few months of postpartum.

This pre-baby bundle of classes includes:
• childbirth preparation
• newborn care
• infant feeding

This series aims to help improve your confidence as a new parent and foster connections with other expecting parents in a similar stage of pregnancy.

Your registration in this class reserves a spot for you and a support person to attend. Please register for the class that matches your due date month. This class series is for those who are due in the month of February or March 2024. A reminder email will be sent to you for the class series, 48 hours and 8 hours before the start date.

Masking is now optional. If you are feeling ill or have respiratory symptoms, please stay home until symptoms subside. We will happily reschedule you into an upcoming class.
