I provide one-on-one support in these areas:

Workforce Readiness

This service is for people looking for their first job, whether straight out of high school, higher education, or in trade. I will help you polish your resume so it targets specific employers, prepare for your interviews, and navigate your initial options so you’ll have a great head-start to your career.

Working Parent Prep

Are you trying to become a parent through pregnancy, fostering, or adoption? Becoming a parent requires a lot of preparation as it will change the way you work. As a New Parent Educator, I can guide you through the legal protections you have as a parent in your workplace and what you can expect or experience when you have your child. I can also share with you international evidence-based practices and customs for newborn care.

Return-to-Work Prep

If you’ve taken time away from work to focus on being a parent, you’ll want to make your return as smooth of a transition as possible. This applies to whether you’re a new parent going back within days or weeks of giving birth or you’ve waited a few years until your kids have grown. I will support you through this new phase in your career.

Career Transition

Did you get laid off unexpectedly? Did your position get eliminated or have you been terminated? If your company doesn’t offer sufficient career transition support as part of your severance package, if at all, then I can guide you through this sudden bump in your career.

Career Management

So you want to grow and move forward in your chosen career. This means thoughtful planning and strategizing. We can work together in setting and meeting your goals, as well as moving through different phases of your career, including retirement planning.

Group Training and Support

Aside from one-to-one support, I also offer my services with online and offline groups. I can facilitate inclusive training and classes on various topics related to workforce readiness, career planning, and preparing for parenthood.
